We are Hiring for "E-Commerce Specialist "

Job Description:

• Experience: 2–5 years (D2C / startup preferred)
• Qualification : Any Graduate
• Salary : 6.0 - 8.0 LPA (Negotiable)
• Location: Hitech City Hyderabad (On-site)
• TImings : 9:30am to 6:30pm
• 5 Days Working

What You’ll Own :

• Revenue across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart

• Conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV

• Channel-wise growth strategy and execution

• Identifying what works → scaling aggressively

Key Responsibilities :

1. Shopify (D2C) Growth

• Own end-to-end Shopify performance

• Improve: o Conversion rate o AOV (bundles, upsells, offers) o Customer journey

• Plan and execute: o Campaigns o Offers o Bundles o Product launches

• Continuously test → iterate → scale what works

2. Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa etc)

• Own and scale marketplace revenue

• Manage: o Listings & SEO o Cataloguing & content o Pricing & inventory

• Drive growth through: o Amazon PPC o Deals & promotions o Ranking strategies

• Optimize key metrics: o ACOS / TACOS o Conversion rate o Visibility & ranking

3. Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)

• Ensure:

1. High visibility
2. Strong product placement
3. High in-stock rates

• Drive sales velocity and platform growth • Work on platform-led campaigns and partnerships

• Solve for availability + discoverability + demand

4. Performance Ownership

You are accountable for:

• Revenue growth

• Conversion rate

• AOV • CAC / ROAS

• LTV Not reporting — owning outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Execution

• Work closely with:

1. Marketing (ads, funnels)
2. Creative (ads, listings, content)
3. Operations (inventory, supply)

• Ensure alignment across all growth levers

What We’re Looking For Core Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify

• Proven experience with:

1. Amazon
2. Flipkart
3. Myntra (or similar marketplaces)

• Experience with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) Growth & Analytical Skills

• Deep understanding of: o D2C funnels o Marketplace dynamics o Conversion optimization

• Strong analytical skills across:

1. Google Analytics
2. Shopify dashboard
3. Marketplace dashboards

• Experience in:

1. Catalog management
2. Inventory planning
3. Pricing strategy

Bonus (Good to Have) :

• Experience with Amazon PPC

• Exposure to Meta Ads / Google Ads

• Experience with retention channels:

1. WhatsApp
2. Email
3. CRM

• Prior experience in D2C / consumer startups
