Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating and implementing technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources effectively to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining alignment with business priorities throughout project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
- Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of engineering processes across manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural domains.
- Experience in managing and delivering engineering projects with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
