Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating and implementing technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources effectively to meet the demands of engineering and construction projects, while fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery and innovation.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of engineering processes and methodologies related to manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural design.
- Experience in managing and customizing enterprise-level engineering software solutions to meet project requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within engineering platforms to ensure seamless project execution.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable engineering solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
