Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring that production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Measurement & Calibration: Use Vernier Calipers, Micrometres, and other measurement tools to inspect product dimensions, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality checks, review product samples, and verify that finished goods meet quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to production workflows to reduce inefficiencies and enhance product quality.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to equipment or processes and recommend solutions.
• Maintenance: Support the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure high productivity and reduce downtime.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily production reports, quality control documentation, and machine maintenance logs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and production staff to maintain high safety standards, address production challenges, and meet deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company safety protocols and standards.
