About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced English Lecturer to teach Intermediate (Plus 2) students for the State Syllabus near Kompally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to improve students’ language proficiency and academic performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeach English for Intermediate / Plus 2 State Board students.
• Handle topics including:
• Grammar
• Prose & Poetry
• Reading Comprehension
• Writing Skills
• Vocabulary Development
• Communication Skills
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, study materials, and question papers.
• Conduct classroom lectures, interactive sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Guide students for Board examinations and language improvement.
• Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and college activities.
• Use modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
• Eligibility CriteriaMaster’s Degree in English (M.A. English) mandatory.
• B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Intermediate / Junior College.
• Experience in teaching Telangana State Syllabus preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
• Preferred SkillsAbility to engage students through interactive teaching methods.
• Strong grammar and literature knowledge.
• Student counseling and academic guidance skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and online teaching platforms.
