Equipment Manager

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (scientific background is a plus).
• Experience: Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in medical equipment, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a tenacious, results-driven attitude.
• Requirements: Willingness to travel and, in some cases, be present in operating rooms. 

Core Competencies

• Technical understanding of medical devices and anatomy.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Strategy: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by prospecting, cold calling, and visiting hospitals, clinics, intesivists and Anaesthetists.
• Product Expertise: Provide expert product demonstrations, training, and technical support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals (KOLs) and decision-makers.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
