Quality Control Engineer

Monitor and maintain quality standards during elevator manufacturing and installation.

Inspect elevator components, control panels, cabins, doors, and safety systems.

Ensure lifts comply with safety regulations, engineering standards, and client specifications.

Conduct quality inspections before project handover.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and checklists.

Coordinate with production, installation, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.

Perform testing and commissioning checks for elevators and escalators.

Identify defects, root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.

Monitor breakdown reports and reduce recurring technical issues.

Verify materials and spare parts quality before usage.

Handle customer complaints related to product quality and service performance.

Support audits, site inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.

Train technicians and staff on quality and safety procedures.

Maintain records of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.

Ensure smooth coordination between site engineers, project managers, and clients.
