Event Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, interactive, and confident MC / Game Jockey to conduct team-building activities, corporate engagement sessions, adventure games, stage hosting, and event coordination at District Gravity.

The candidate should be capable of handling audiences, creating high-energy environments, engaging participants, and managing fun activities for corporates, schools, families, and group events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct team-building games and employee engagement activities

• Host corporate events, school events, birthday parties, and adventure activities

• Make stage announcements and manage crowd engagement

• Coordinate with operations and activity teams during events

• Create energetic and interactive environments for guests

• Manage music flow, audience interaction, and event coordination

• Conduct ice-breaker sessions and fun group activities

• Ensure guests are actively involved and entertained throughout events

• Support event execution and guest experience management

Required Skills:

• Good communication and public speaking skills

• Strong crowd handling and stage confidence

• Knowledge of team-building games and group engagement activities

• Energetic personality with positive attitude

• Ability to engage children, corporates, and mixed audiences

• Basic event hosting and coordination experience preferred

• Must be fluent in at least three languages: Telugu, English, and Hindi

• Ability to work during weekends, holidays, and event timings

Experience:

• Prior experience as MC, RJ, Event Host, Activity Coordinator, Anchor, Game Jockey, or Team Engagement Host preferred

• Experience in adventure parks, resorts, events, schools, entertainment venues, or corporate activities will be an added advantage

Qualification:

• Any degree or relevant experience in event hosting / entertainment / hospitality preferred

Preference:

• Lady candidates will be given first priority

• Candidates with multilingual communication skills will be preferred
