Event Planner / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at PrivePlex

Manage operations to some extent, including answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries

Schedule and manage bookings for the private theater and celebration space

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

Provide information about PrivePlex services, packages, and promotions

Coordinate with event planners, catering staff, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally

Assist in the planning and coordination of events and activities as needed

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred

If you are interested in photography/videography and would like to experiment with your creative skills, you will be preferred

Qualifications:

Any Graduate or postgraduate

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Real intention to learn multitasking abilities

Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
