Job Description
A field officer (or field executive) for partner onboarding at Porter is responsible for sourcing vehicle owners, completing documentation, and managing driver training. Key tasks include pitching earnings to drivers, verifying KYC documents, and ensuring high activity rates on the platform.
Field Sourcing and Lead Generation
- Visit transport hubs, vehicle stands, and driver hotspots to find commercial vehicle owners (3-wheelers, 4-wheelers, and light commercial vehicles).
- Pitch Porter services, daily earning potential, and partner benefits directly to prospective drivers.
Onboarding and Documentation
- Collect and verify original KYC documents (driving license, vehicle RC, Aadhaar, PAN card, and bank details).
- Assist driver partners with installing the Porter Partner app and uploading their documents digitally.
