Job Description
BigBasket, India’s largest online grocery platform, is hiring Field Recruiters to drive bulk hiring for ground staff
What You’ll Do
- Conduct local recruitment drives & walk-ins
- Source candidates through field visits, referrals & job fairs
- Screen applicants and maintain hiring reports
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months experience in bulk/mass recruitment preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel extensively
