Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryLenskart is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to provide doorstep eye care services and promote eyewear products. The candidate will visit customers at their locations, conduct basic eye tests using company-provided equipment, assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear, and drive sales conversions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their homes, offices, or designated locations as per assigned appointments.
• Conduct basic eye screening and vision tests using Lenskart-approved tools and processes.
• Educate customers about eye care, lenses, frames, and other optical products.
• Recommend suitable eyewear solutions based on customer requirements and test results.
• Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, eye test results, and sales transactions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the store and operations team for order processing and delivery.
• Follow company guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards during customer visits.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, field sales, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable traveling locally for customer visits.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Smartphone proficiency and basic digital skills.
