Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and professional with in-depth knowledge of building materials to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cement, steel, electrical fittings, construction chemicals, waterproofing materials, tile adhesives, sanitary ware, and wiring systems. You will be responsible for managing procurement, sales, technical support, and project coordination related to these materials.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:

· Degree or diploma or a related field.

· Experience working with construction companies, developers, or infrastructure projects.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

· Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for construction materials.

· Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Provide technical support on product applications and specifications.

· Conduct cost analysis and negotiation with vendors.

· Performance-Based Incentives and Travelling Allowances.

Training :

• Training Provided :Product training on cement,GGBS,tile adhesives, waterproofing products, sand, aggregates, and related construction materials
• Field sales and customer handling training
• Site visit exposure with builders, contractors and procurement team of building
• Training on quotation handling, order processing, and payment follow-up
• CRM and sales reporting training
• Communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills development
