Field Sales Executive

Job Description: Field Sales Executive - Soundbox & Swiping Machine Sales

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our sales team, specializing in the sales of Soundboxes and Swiping Machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in direct sales, with the ability to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell Soundboxes and Swiping Machines to potential clients in the assigned region.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
3. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about the features and benefits of the products.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
6. Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
7. Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of competitors.
8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales of Soundboxes and Swiping Machines, or similar products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the consumer electronics or payment solutions industry is a plus.
