Job Title: Customer Feedback Executive / Customer Support Coordinator

Job Description:
NKXUS Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and professional Customer Feedback Executive to communicate with customers and collect their feedback regarding services. This role does not involve any sales activities. The primary responsibility is to interact with customers, understand their experience, and update feedback accurately in the company portal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers and communicate politely and professionally
• Collect feedback regarding services provided
• Record and update customer responses in the company portal
• Maintain accurate daily feedback reports
• Coordinate with internal teams if any issues are reported by customers
• Ensure proper follow-up where required
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Important Note:
This position is strictly a non-sales role. Candidates are not required to sell any product or service.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (English and regional language preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
• Attention to detail while updating feedback in the system
• Responsible and punctual work attitude
Work Details:
• Work From Office
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 1:00 pm
1:00 PM TO 5:00 rest in office with ac and Food
5:00 To 8:00 work
• 7 Working Hours + 1 Hour Lunch Break
