About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to generate business for our premium lighting and smart home automation solutions. The role involves meeting architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and business partners daily.
• Generate leads through field visits and networking.
• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Present lighting and home automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites and our experience centers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Update daily activities, meetings, and sales reports in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Direct Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence are welcome.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
• Comfortable with daily travel across Hyderabad.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and CRM apps.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience, excluding incentives)
