About Amodha Infra Amodha Infra is a premium gated community and villa plot developer in Hyderabad with 16 years of experience and 8 successfully completed projects. We are looking for a hungry, energetic field sales executive who loves being on the move and closing deals.
Role This is a pure field sales role. You will be out every day — visiting offices, gated communities, expos and potential customers. You will represent Amodha Infra on the ground and bring qualified customers to our site.
What you will do
- Visit doctors, CAs, IT offices, car showrooms and gated communities daily for cold pitching
- Pitch our premium villa plots confidently and handle objections on the spot
- Convert cold contacts into site visits
- Accompany customers personally to our project site — cab will be provided
- Hand over interested customers to senior management for closing
- Sign up new channel partners — brokers, real estate agents
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing channel partners
- Attend property expos and real estate events when required
- Maintain daily activity report and lead tracker in Excel
- Report to management daily on visits, leads and conversions
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years field sales experience — real estate, FMCG, insurance, banking or any door to door sales
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated
- Well spoken in Telugu and English
- Must own and ride a two wheeler
- Male candidates only
- Based in Hyderabad — willing to travel across the city daily
- Presentable and able to represent a premium brand

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 incentive per plot sold
