Sales Executive
Field Expansion & New Account Acquisition • B2B Bulk Tea
Hyderabad • Full-time, Field Role • Reports to Area Sales Manager
About the Role
We are expanding our distribution footprint and looking for driven Sales Executives to accelerate our field presence and onboard new B2B customers across the city. This is a frontline, on-the-ground role focused on rapid customer acquisition — placing our premium tea blend into hospitals, canteens, cafes, chai franchises, restaurants, and high-volume tea vendors.

Key Objective
Onboard 8–10 new B2B accounts per month while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and expanding our visibility in key commercial zones.
Core Responsibilities
New Customer Acquisition
· Prospect and visit high-consumption B2B outlets daily — hospitals, corporate canteens, restaurants, cafes, chai franchises, and local tea vendors.
· Conduct on-site product demonstrations and tasting sessions to showcase quality, aroma, strength, and cost-efficiency.
· Pitch tailored bulk pricing structures and secure recurring monthly orders.
· Convert at least 8–10 new accounts every month, with a focus on high-volume customers.
Field Presence & Territory Development
· Maintain a consistent, visible presence in assigned territories through structured daily route plans.
· Map and prioritize high-potential commercial hubs, markets, and clusters.
· Identify untapped segments and emerging chai/cafe concepts to broaden the customer base.
Relationship Management
· Build long-term partnerships with business owners, procurement managers, and kitchen heads.
· Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure timely re-orders, resolve service issues, and upsell where relevant.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Track competitor pricing, promotional activity, and product positioning in the field.
· Share daily activity reports including visits made, demos conducted, accounts onboarded, and pipeline status.
· Provide actionable feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer preferences and market trends.
Target Segments
· Hospitals & Corporate Canteens – large-scale, consistent daily consumption.
· Chai Franchises & Cafes – quality-conscious, brand-driven buyers.
· Local Tea Vendors (Tapris) – high-volume, price-sensitive accounts.
· Restaurants & Hotels – flavor-led establishments with steady demand.
What We're Looking For
· 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, HoReCa, or B2B distribution (freshers with strong field aptitude are welcome to apply).
· Strong communication skills and fluency in the local language; comfortable engaging with everyone from street vendors to hospital administrators.
· Solid knowledge of the city's commercial hubs and the ability to navigate them efficiently.
· A self-starter mindset — disciplined with daily planning, reporting, and follow-ups.
· Ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly onboarding targets.
· Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
