Job Description

  • Direct Field Sales & Site Visits: Accompany prospective buyers to property sites, showcasing the features, layouts, and unique value propositions of our plots, villas, and residential projects.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and connect with potential B2C customers through networking, local market research, and references.
  • Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and budgets to suggest the right real estate solutions, keeping them engaged through regular follow-ups.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closing: Drive the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and final contract closure, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay updated on local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and prepare daily field activity reports for the sales management team.
  • Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience strictly in the Real Estate or related industry (B2C, Plot, Villa, or Residential sales preferred).
  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Mandatory Assets: Must own a Two-Wheeler vehicle and hold a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License for daily field travel.
  • Languages: Proficient in Hindi and Telugu to effectively communicate with regional clients. Good English communication skills are required.
  • Key Skills: Sharp negotiation and convincing skills, excellent time management, property presentation capabilities, and a result-oriented mindset.
