🚀 Hiring: Field Sales Executive – DCAL Water Softener
We’re looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven people who can help expand the reach of DCAL Water Softener by building strong dealer and distributor networks.
💼 Role: Field Sales Executive
📍 Location: On-field / Area-based
🏢 Company: Befach 4X Pvt Ltd
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Meet dealers, distributors, plumbers, and retail partners regularly
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard channel partners
• Explain DCAL Water Softener products and benefits to customers & dealers
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Conduct product demos and market visits
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work and travelling locally
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
• Experience in field sales, appliances, water solutions, FMCG, or related sectors is a plus

• Any degree/diploma
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
