Job Description

èGenerate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, and tele-calling.

èUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable models/variants.

èExplain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and offers.

èConduct test drives and follow up for closures, convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

èCoordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.

èEnsure timely vehicle delivery with proper documentation.

èExplain vehicle features at delivery and collect customer feedback

è Responsible to Build long-term relationships with customers and Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in DMS/CRM.

èHandle customer objections and complaints professionally by Ensuring high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
