Position Overview
As a Sales Executive (EdTech/School Software), you will be the face of Walkout Tech in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to identify sales opportunities, visit educational institutions, conduct engaging product demonstrations for school management/principals, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and map potential schools, preschools, and educational institutions in your assigned territory.
Conduct cold calls, drop-ins, and schedule formal meetings with decision-makers (School Owners, Principals, Trustees, and IT Heads).
Travel daily to various school campuses to pitch Walkout Tech’s software solutions.
2. Product Demonstrations & Consultation
Understand the unique pain points of each school (e.g., fee management, student tracking, communication gaps) and position our software as the ideal solution.
Present live, engaging, and high-impact product demonstrations to school management and staff.
3. Deal Closure & Revenue Generation
Handle objections effectively, negotiate commercial terms, and seamlessly close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and payment collection.
4. Relationship Management & Reporting
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools to ensure smooth onboarding and potential referrals.
Provide regular feedback from the field to the product and marketing teams to help improve our software.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, visits, and pipeline status in our CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or field sales. Experience in EdTech sales, school software sales, or selling publishing materials to schools is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly articulate and capable of building instant rapport with senior academic leaders.
Closing Capability: A proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales quotas in a highly competitive market.
Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) and a valid driver's license for daily school visits.
Traits: Strong negotiation skills, resilience, self-motivation, and a tech-savvy mindset.
