Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Stall Setup & Branding: Set up and maintain visually engaging NGO stalls, complete with banners, donation boxes, and educational materials.
  • Public Engagement: Proactively approach and strike up conversations with people passing by the stall to raise awareness about our cause.
  • Impact Storytelling: Deliver compelling, emotionally resonant pitches that effectively explain our projects, goals, and the urgent need for support.
  • Lead Generation: Capture contact details of interested individuals who wish to volunteer, advocate, or receive updates on our initiatives.
  • Fundraising & Revenue: Secure immediate financial commitments, focusing on signing up recurring monthly donors or processing secure one-time donations.
  • Compliance & Transparency: Handle donor data securely, process digital/POS payments transparently, and adhere strictly to ethical fundraising guidelines.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily or weekly targets for donor acquisitions and total funds raised.
