Job Role
We are hiring Field Sales Executives – Insurance for a growing insurance company. Candidates with experience in Life & Health Insurance sales and field sales are preferred. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and explain life & health insurance products
- Generate leads through field work and referrals
- Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle customer queries and suggest suitable policies
- Maintain records of sales and follow-ups
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Insurance Sales / Field Sales
- Experience in Life & Health Insurance preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
