About the Role
101 Acres is looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Manager to lead site sales activities, handle customer interactions, generate leads, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the field sales team.
Generate leads through field activities, references, and direct marketing.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with channel partners and brokers.
Follow up with interested clients and close sales deals.
Plan field marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Maintain daily sales reports and client databases.
Train and motivate sales executives for better performance.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Team handling experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Must own a bike and be willing to travel for field work.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an added advantage.
Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
