As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments, and ensure accountability. The position also includes providing strategic guidance and support to the team to deliver value to clients and optimize operational efficiency across various business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic financial planning initiatives to support business growth and client objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align financial goals with business strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their professional development and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing financial transactions, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making and business planning.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP FI modules with other enterprise resource planning components.
- Competence in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
