Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced FMCG field sales professionals who can expand our retail network, manage distributors, and increase product sales across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The candidate should have minimum 2+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to retail store sales and distributor management. Experience in healthy food brands, snacks, or nutrition products will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales & Order Collection• Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and kirana stores

• Introduce Dr. WELLNESSON products to retailers

• Collect orders from stores and ensure regular replenishment

• Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery

Distributor Management• Work closely with existing distributors

• Ensure proper stock availability in the market

• Monitor distributor sales performance

Distributor Expansion• Identify potential distributors across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

• Travel when required to onboard new distributors

• Build relationships with wholesalers and key retail networks

Product Promotion• Conduct in-store product promotions and sampling activities

• Educate retailers and customers about product benefits

• Improve product visibility and shelf placement

Market Intelligence• Monitor competitor products and pricing

• Collect retailer feedback and share market insights with the team

Candidate Requirements• Minimum 2+ years experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)

• Experience in snacks, health foods, or nutrition products preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Good understanding of retail and distributor network

• Willingness to travel across AP & Telangana when required

Bike & Driving License Mandatory

Job DetailsPositions: 5–8

Location: Hyderabad (Field Role)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience + incentives

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
