Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Network Management
Serve as the primary contact for franchise partners.
Provide operational guidance and support to franchise owners.
Ensure franchise stores follow brand guidelines and operational SOPs.
New Franchise Development
Screen and evaluate new franchise applications.
Conduct background checks and assess suitability of applicants.
Identify potential store locations in target neighbourhoods.
Site Selection & Store Setup
Scout and shortlist retail spaces suitable for Nasr Daily format.
Negotiate rental agreements with property owners.
Ensure store setup complies with brand layout and infrastructure guidelines.
Store Launch Coordination
Coordinate store opening activities including:
o Inventory setup
o Store equipment installation
o Staff orientation
o ERP onboarding
Operational Monitoring
Monitor store performance including:
o Sales levels
o Customer service qualityo Stock management
Logistics Coordination
Resolve supply chain issues such as:
o Delivery delays
o Stock mismatches
o Refill shortages
Compliance & Audits
Conduct periodic stock audits and operational audits.
Ensure compliance with billing systems, brand standards, and pricing policies.
Customer Escalations
Address customer complaints escalated from franchise stores.
Ensure customer experience remains consistent across locations.
