Job Description

  • Process salary payments accurately and on time 
  • Handle vendor payments and maintain proper records 
  • Manage daily payouts with required approvals from management 
  • Ensure compliance and deductions related to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) 
  • Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally 
  • Handle PF & ESIC filings as per statutory requirements 
  • Manage and assist in GST-related activities and filings 

Key Skills Required: 

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles 

* Hands-on experience with Tally 

* Understanding of TDS, GST, PF, and ESIC 

* Good attention to detail and accuracy 

* Ability to handle financial data confidentially 

* Basic communication and coordination skills
