Job Description

Placement Cell Roles & Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact between students, faculty, and recruiters.
  • Effectively communicate job opportunities, eligibility criteria, and hiring processes to students.

2. Campus Recruitment Management

  • Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Ensure seamless execution of pre-placement talks (PPTs), assessments, group discussions, and interviews.

3. Student Readiness & Career Support

  • Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and mock interviews to enhance employability.
  • Provide structured guidance on resume building, communication, and interview techniques.
  • Maintain and update student profiles, resumes, and placement records in databases.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Track and maintain accurate data on student eligibility, participation, and placement outcomes.
  • Generate detailed reports and analytics for management review and accreditation purposes.
