Job Description

we require an experienced HR manager with good recruiting skills, excellent communication and at least 5 years of experience as a senior HR executive in a manufacturing firm.

Responsibility includes hiring for any vacancy, onboard candidates - provide orientation, training documents, first day formalities etc, maintain employee files, maintain ESI and PF process, Organise & Conduct training, prepare training documents as needed, help in documentation where required and any other responsibilities pertaining to HR department.
