Job Title: HR Recruiter (Immediate Joiners Only)

Location: Madhapur (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
Job Description:Graviity Cloud is looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
