IT Placement Coordinator

Job Title: IT Placement Officer / Placement Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad

We are a fast-growing IT Training Academy focused on equipping students with in-demand technical skills such as Full Stack Development, Python, Testing, and Data Technologies. Our mission is to ensure successful career outcomes by connecting trained students with top IT companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and consultancies for student placements
• Identify hiring opportunities for freshers and organize campus drives, walk-ins, and virtual interviews
• Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures
• Develop and manage a database of recruiters and hiring managers
• Work closely with trainers to ensure students are interview-ready
• Track and report placement metrics (interviews scheduled, offers, conversions, etc.)
• Arrange mock interviews, resume reviews, and placement readiness sessions

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical staffing / placement coordination
• Strong network with IT companies and hiring managers
• Experience in bulk hiring or fresher hiring drives is highly preferred
• Good understanding of IT roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to work with targets and placement goals
