Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and shift coordination.
- Support payroll inputs, salary processing, and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Manage joining, exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
- Address employee queries related to HR matters.
- Administration Responsibilities:Manage office administration and daily operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, travel, and vendor management.
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory records.
- Handle facility maintenance and workplace readiness.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communication.
- Manage courier, documentation, and office correspondence.
- Required Qualifications:MBA HR / Any Graduate with HR experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Knowledge of payroll process and statutory basics preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.
