Front Office Manager – Spa

Location: Hyderabad ( sun city, Gachibowli, jubilee hills, Himayat Nagar, banjara hills )

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and customer appointments.
  • Handle guest queries, bookings, and complaints.
  • Supervise reception staff and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with therapists and other departments.
  • Maintain billing, payments, and daily reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,500 + Incentives
