Job Title: Front Office Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and clients at Codegnan IT Solutions. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities·      


Greet and assist walk-in students, visitors, and clients in a professional manner

·      Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries and route them appropriately

·      Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and policies

·      Maintain visitor logs and follow entry protocols

·      Coordinate with counselors, trainers, HR, and operations teams

·      Maintain front office records and documentation

·      Ensure cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area

·      Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned


Required Skills & Qualifications· 

     

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred

·      Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage)

·      Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google tools)

·      Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

·      Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Experience in an educational or training institute is an advantage

·      Professional appearance and positive attitude

·      Good organizational and time-management skills

·      Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
