Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and business associates in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations efficiently
  • Provide basic information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
  • Coordinate client meetings with sales and CRM teams
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and office correspondence
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Assist in event coordination (site visits, property launches, client meetings)
  • Ensure proper follow-up on client inquiries and maintain a database
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and professional appearance
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred)
  • Preferred Skills:Prior experience in real estate or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
