Job Description
England English Overseas Education Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Executive cum Student Counsellor to join our team in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
* Welcome students and parents professionally.
* Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp and emails.
* Schedule counselling appointments.
* Follow up with prospective students.
* Maintain student records and CRM.
* Support overseas education admissions.
* Coordinate with the internal team.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Excellent English communication
* Telugu mandatory
* Basic computer knowledge
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- * Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
