Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customer interactions, managing site visits, and developing effective sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Handle negotiations and close property deals successfully.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
• Train and motivate sales executives to improve performance.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Prior experience in team handling and sales management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month + incentives (depending on experience and performance).
