About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the jewellery industry, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily showroom sales operations efficiently.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training when required.
• Ensure proper display, presentation, and maintenance of jewellery collections.
• Handle billing coordination, stock monitoring, and showroom discipline.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer experience.
• Assist management in achieving business growth and sales objectives.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry mandatory.
• Prior experience as a Sales Manager / Floor Manager / Showroom Manager preferred.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage showroom operations efficiently.
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery sales processes.
