Job Description

  • Sales & Targets: Achieve personal/store targets, drive sales, cross-sell, upsell, and manage high-value transactions.
  • Customer Service: Greet/assist customers, build lasting relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Product Expertise: Provide detailed info on metals, gems, craftsmanship, and trends; stay updated.
  • Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising, manage inventory/stock, handle POS, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Mentorship: Assist in training junior staff, share best practices, and support managers.
