Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Understanding guest requirements before the event
Coordinating arrangements internally
Ensuring smooth guest communication
Handling on-ground guest interactions
Creating a premium and stress-free experience
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
If you are interested in photography/videography and would like to experiment with your creative skills, you will be preferred
Qualifications:
Any Graduate or postgraduate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Real intention to learn multitasking abilities
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
