Job Description
- Welcome clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Explain available celebration themes, decorations, and screen options to customers.
- Guide clients through different packages, add-ons, and customization options.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable screens, seating, and décor setups based on their event needs.
- Handle slot bookings, schedule confirmations, and payment coordination.
- Coordinate with the decoration team to ensure themes are arranged properly before the event.
- Support in setting up screens, lighting, music, and basic event arrangements.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event and address client concerns immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of party rooms and celebration areas.
- Communicate event requirements clearly with internal staff and vendors for smooth execution.
- Upsell premium services, special decorations, photography, cakes, and other event add-ons.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and assist them during entry, celebrations, and exit.
- Collect customer feedback after events to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor event timings and ensure celebrations run according to schedule.
- Maintain professional communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
