Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Captain with good knowledge of Continental cuisine and restaurant operations.

  • Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Captain/Senior Captain
  • Good knowledge of Continental cuisine and service standards
  • Strong leadership and team handling skills
  • Good communication and guest handling ability
  • Experience in fine dining restaurant preferred
  • Ability to manage floor operations smoothly
  • Grooming and professional attitude mandatory
