Guest Relations Executive/Salon Manager

GRE Meghavi Wellness Spa: We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly motivated Spa Manager to oversee our new luxury spa outlets at Hyderabad Locations. As a Spa Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy an unparalleled experience. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, and leading a team that embodies the Meghavi Wellness Spa brand’s dedication to excellence.

Guest Relationship Executive

Job Description:

o         Greet guests upon arrival with a warm professional manner

o         Welcome guests and provide them with information about the spa’s services, treatments, and Menu and sell Memberships

o         Explain the menu and suggest as per the guest requirement

o         Schedule and confirm appointments for spa treatments, massages, facials, and other wellness services.

o         Schedule booking of appointment software to keep the spa’s calendar organized and ensure optimal scheduling.

o         Process payments for treatments, packages, and retail products accurately and efficiently.

o         Ensure that all billing and payment transactions are recorded correctly, handling cash, credit card, and online payments as required.

o         Co-ordinate with spa therapists, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service delivery.

o         Seek guest feedback after their treatments and ensure all feedback is passed on to the appropriate team members for improvement.

o         Follow up with guests post-visit to encourage repeat business, ensuring they had an enjoyable experience.

o         Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, offering solutions and making sure the guest feels heard and valued.

o         Ensure that the front office and reception area and Spa rooms remain clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guests
