Role: IT & Non-IT Recruiter (Domestic)
Location: Hyderabad 📍
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Mon-Fri) 🗓️
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🕙

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse client requirements.
Sourcing Genius: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to find hidden gems.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial assessments to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
Relationship Management: Build strong talent pipelines and maintain excellent candidate experiences.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
