Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive HR & Front Desk Executive to manage reception, HR activities, and telecalling for client coordination in our advertising agency. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, confident in communication, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Maintain employee attendance, records, and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment (candidate calling & interview scheduling)
- Support payroll coordination and basic HR tasks
- Make cold calls to potential clients and follow up regularly
- Pitch company services over calls and generate leads
- Maintain and update client and employee data
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Confidence in telecalling and client pitching
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
