Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Executive to manage offer letter generation and payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payroll processing, and maintaining HR records.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and release offer letters with accurate CTC details
- Maintain offer tracker and follow up with candidates
- Handle employee onboarding documentation and records
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, joiners, exits)
- Coordinate with finance team for salary processing
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll and salary
- Maintain payroll MIS and HR data
