Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with diverse candidates across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, referrals, and field hiring
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets
- Conduct bulk hiring drives for field roles, trainers, and project staff
- Build strong candidate pipelines in rural and urban areas
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory)
- Good understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience in hiring for NGOs, skilling, or development sector is an added advantage
