HR Executive / Student Counsellor

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Executive & Student Counsellor. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interacting with people, guiding students, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities :
• HR ResponsibilitiesScreen and shortlist candidate profiles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct HR interviews and maintain recruitment records.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Support attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• Student Counselling ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding IT courses and career opportunities.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students until admission.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain student records in CRM/Excel and generate daily reports.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and professional appearance.
• Eligibility Any :
• Graduate / MBA (HR or Marketing preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Experienced candidates (0–3 years) in HR, Recruitment, Counselling, BPO, or Sales are preferred.
